HELSINKI, January 26, 2015-

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ahlstrom Corporation, Robin Ahlström, has announced his resignation from the position of Chairman and member of the Board due to serious illness.

The Board of Directors of Ahlstrom Corporation has elected Panu Routila (b.1964) as Chairman of the Board as of January 26, 2015. He will also become a member of the Shareholders' Nomination Board, and he has been elected member of the Human Resources Committee.
