Domtar acquires UK-based adult incontinence care products manufacturer and supplier Attends Healthcare for Euro 180 million
MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA, January 26, 2012- Domtar Corporation today announced the signing of a definitive agreement for the acquisition of privately-held Attends Healthcare Limited ("Attends Europe"), manufacturer and supplier of adult incontinence care products in Europe, from Rutland Partners for €180 million. The closing of the transaction is expected during the first quarter of 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
