BASKING RIDGE, NJ, July 2, 2009- First Quality Baby Products LLC, a subsidary of First Quality Enterprises Inc., will receive a $2.3 million low-interest loan from Pennsylvania to build a second one-million-square-foot factory in Granville Township, according to a press release from the governor's office.
