BASKING RIDGE, NJ, November 24, 2010-

European private label hygiene product manufacturers INTIGENA and HYGA GmbH & Co. KG agreed this month to merge their companies and call the new venture INTIGENA Hygienic Solutions.

The new company will have annual sales of Euro 210 million and a workforce of 620, a spokesman at INTIGENA confirmed, reading from a letter sent to customers. He said both companies were privately owned and declined further comment.
