
New director of manufacturing at Americhem
CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH, July 23, 2010- Americhem Inc., a global provider of custom color and additive solutions for polymeric products, recently hired Jim Milk as its director of global manufacturing.Milk comes to Americhem with three decades of manufacturing experience, including various senior roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Most recently, he served as vice president of global manufacturing for Veyance Technologies Inc., a Goodyear spin-off, as well as general manager and vice president for Veyance's Brazilian operations. He has also served as director of global manufacturing for Goodyear's engineered products division and as managing director for that division's Europe, Middle East and Africa operations.
