OMNOVA Solutions' outlook turns negative, S&P says
NEW YORK, May 12, 2008- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said that it revised its outlook on OMNOVA Solutions Inc. to negative from stable. At the same time, we affirmed all of our ratings on the company, including the 'B+' corporate credit rating.
