WASHINGTON, DC, November 18, 2009- Nationwide housing production fell 10.6 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 529,000 units in October as builders awaited word on whether an important home buyer incentive would be extended, according to data released by the U.S. Commerce Department.
