MILDENAU, GERMANY, November 29, 2016-

Norafin (Americas) Inc. will construct a 75,000 sf building in the Town of Mills River, invest $ 18 Million and create about 45 new jobs. The establishment of a North American manufacturing facility will allow Norafin to better serve existing clients, penetrate new markets, and provide a solid platform for continued future growth. The company has maintained a sales presence in Asheville over the past decade.

The company plans to start site work in early 2017, which will be followed by vertical construction. By September 2017, the company will begin hiring, with production on a new spunlace line expected to begin by April 2018.
