BEIJING, February 16, 2017-

China’s Sun Paper is applying for permits for its planned pulp and bio-refining mill in Arkansas, USA, as a dissolving pulp (DP) facility. It had previously announced the facility would produce fluff pulp.

The firm intends to keep its options open on what specific grade will be produced there until construction work kicks off, a senior company source told PPI Asia.
