At this year's Techtextil in Frankfurt, the Frankenthal-based RKW Group presents nonwovens and films for various applications and industries. Among others, the exhibition program includes thermo-spunbonded nonwovens, carded nonwovens, laminates and Aptra^® breathable industrial films (Hall 3.1 / Booth G83).

The highlight of the trade show presentation is the joker in the nonwoven poker, the hydroentangled spunbonded nonwoven RKW HyJet^®. The hydroentanglement of the endless filaments create a very soft, voluminous nonwoven with outstanding puncture and tear resistance. The material is available in different colours, in hydrophilic or hydrophobic versions, with UV stabilization, in flame-retardant versions and with other additives. With this variety, RKW HyJet^® is suitable for the many different applications in the automotive, construction, furniture, hygiene and agricultural areas.
