Ontex is studying the possibility of making a bid for Domtar's personal care business, according to a report yesterday by the Bloomberg news service (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-09-17/ontex-group-is-said-to-mull-bid-for-domtar-personal-care-unit). The report also said the unit is getting a look from private equity groups.

According to the report, the contemplated bid could value the business at as much as $1.1 billion.
