China ministry upholds anti-dumping decision on dissolving pulp imports from Brazil, Canada, and the USA
SINGAPORE, April 24, 2018-
China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has announced it will continue to impose anti-dumping duties on dissolving pulp (DP) imports from Canada, USA and Brazil, following a re-investigation of a 2014 decision.
The MOFCOM review began on August 25 last year.
