SAO PAULO, Brazil, October 1, 2024-

Softys, the tissue and personal care arm of pulp and paper producer CMPC, has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares of Brazilian company Falcon, Softys announced overnight on Monday September 30.

Falcon is engaged in the development, manufacturing and distribution of baby diapers and adult incontinence products in Brazil.
