Chinese spunlace nonwoven and wipes manufacturer Nbond Nonwovens Co. released its 2024 earnings results. Revenue grew by 16.8% year on year to 2.23 billion yuan ($306.6 million). Net profit attributable to the owners of the parent jumped by 15.22% to 95.23 million yuan. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent after deducing non-recurring profit and loss rose by 21.22% to 86.15 million yuan.

According to Nbond, revenue of the spunlace nonwoven business fell by 1.18% to 709.45 million yuan in 2024. Gross profit margin was 21.77%, up 1.36 percentage points. Revenue of the business of spunlace nonwoven products (wipes) jumped by 27.84% to 1.51 billion yuan. Gross profit margin was 11.31%, down 2.09 percentage points. Revenue from the overseas market grew by 16.5% to 1.2 billion yuan. Gross profit margin was 16.5%, up 0.42 percentage points. Revenue from the domestic market shot up by 15.74% to 1.04 billion yuan. Gross profit margin was 12.85%, down 3.39 percentage points.
