SAN FRANCISCO, January 26, 2023-

Nonwovens market prices were down slightly across the board in January, mostly by 3-4 cents/kg in the US and Europe, as polyester (PE) and polypropylene (PP) continued to decrease, Fastmarkets sources said.

But viscose showed a more dramatic decline with prices falling US$ 0.09 cents and Europe by 0.11 kg this month with levels dropping commutatively from December into January and mostly expected to move further down in February.
