PLYMOUTH, NC, August 19, 2019-

Martin County’s Board of Commissioners has approved a tax agreement for Domtar Corporation’s Plymouth mill that will allow for important investments to keep the mill competitive in the global fluff pulp market.

Martin County Commissioners approved the package on August 14^th, which will result in an economic development incentive based on the new investments made between 2019 and 2023 at the mill.
