TOKYO, January 6, 2022-

Teijin Limited announced today that its board of directors has elected Akimoto Uchikawa, currently Executive Officer, Member of the Board, as its next President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Uchikawa will assume his new role on April 1, 2022.

Jun Suzuki, the current President and CEO of the company, will assume the post of Chairman of Teijin Limited, on the same day.
